Summer School

Students sometimes benefit from an extra opportunity to learn. We offer summer school in each community during the month of July.

Summer School is offered to eligible Secondary IV and V students in each community. Admittance to summer school is made once the transcripts are available at the beginning of July. Summer school begins the following week and runs for one month.

Summer School courses are offered for Cree School Board courses (Math, Cree Language and History) as well as several MEES subjects including Math, Science, English and French.

Requirements

To be offered summer school, you must

  • have been registered in and completed the course you want to re-take;
  • have obtained the minimum mark required, as per the  pdf CSB Policy on Summer School , in the course you want to take;
