The Mozaïk Portal - Parent is a communication tool that enables parents to examine all information on their child’s school file and better track their progress in school.

In order to report absences and have access to report cards, you must be registered on the Parent Portal using the email address on file at your child’s school. For more information about the portal, please contact your school directly.

The portal is now available in Whapmagoostui, Wemindji, Eastmain, WaskaganishMistissini, Oujé-Bougoumou, and Waswanipi, with the remaining schools to follow in stages by June 2022.

How can I view my child's record?

To access a student record, click on your child's first name to the right of the photo or on the record tile.

Where can I find my child's subjects and teachers?

If the school decides to display this information, you will find the list of subjects and the names of the teachers in your child's record. To access the record, click on your child's first name to the right of the photo or on the record tile.

Can I communicate directly with my child's teachers?

Yes, you can contact any teacher through email. The email is found in the student record section.

How can I communicate with the school?

Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom left of the screen to view the name of the principal and the school's contact informa- tion. Other people to contact in particular situations may also be listed at the discre- tion of the school.

Why don't I see student records for all of my children?

The school may not be registered with the Portal at this time.

Why do I see the record for a child who is not related to me?

There has been an error in recording your email address. Contact the school to make the necessary correction.

Which browsers and mobile apps are supported?

The Parent Portal supports the most recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Android, and iOS.
