Water and Waste Treatment Plant OperatorOPEN - STARTS: Chisasibi: Fall 2024.This is an essential trade that suits people who are concerned about the environment and public health. It requires an interest in problem solving and the ability to work independently and responsibly. A career as a water and waste treatment plant operator requires good observation skills, manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Learn how to:
- Operate filtration, pumping, disinfection and purification systems.
- Adjust and monitor treatment processes.
- Take samples and analyze water.
