Welcome message from school principal
waachiyaah, Bonjour, Hello!
At Upichinaausiun Chiskutimatukimikw School, we believe every child’s learning journey is unique and full of potential. We are proud to offer instruction in Cree, English, and French., creating an inclusive environment where all students can grow in their language, culture, and confidence.
From the very first steps of learning, we are here to support and guide our students with care and commitment. We are preparing them not only for school, but for the future ahead.
We are excited to welcome your child into our school and our community, where learning begins and futures are built.

Elders and Mentors in the School
Our students benefit from the presence of Elders and mentors in our school. Everyday, our mentors work closely with Cree teachers to support language and cultural learning for our young students. Visiting Elders walk through our hallways, join classrooms, and share their knowledge and stories with them.
