The Cree School Board is requesting your permission to upload images, capture videos, and record audio for the publication on Cree School Board website, social media channels, and other publications like annual reports or magazines.

The Board may use these photos, videos and/or audio, either in full or in part, for promotional or instructional purposes, in print, video, and audio format for both broadcast or non-broadcast purposes.

I hereby grant permission to the Cree School Board for the use of my images, videos, and/or audio in both print and digital publications, as well as online materials intended for promoting CSB goals and activities.

I hereby authorize any images and/or capture video and audio taken of my youth (under 18 years of age), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the Cree School Board website and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotional presentations and marketing campaigns. I also authorize the display and use of any media material created by my youth within the Cree School Board.

I waive rights to privacy and compensation, which I may have in connection with such use of my youth’s name and likeness, including rights to written copy that may be created in connection with video and audio production, editing and promotion therewith.
