Three schools and the Department of Higher Learning have launched new logos, giving students fresh symbols to represent their schools and education. Wemindji's Joy Ottereyes Rainbow Memorial School, Maquatua Eeyou School, and Whapmagoostui’s Badabin Eeyou School have launched new logos that reflect their schools and students.
Alongside them, the Department of Higher Learning also introduced a new logo for its programs in post-secondary education. These new designs bring fresh visual identities across elementary, secondary, and post-secondary education showing a shared excitement for the future.

“This logo also represents our high school students as they continue that path, strengthening their identity and preparing for the future. It is a symbol that connects both our schools and our community,” said Angela Tripp, Principal of Maquatua Eeyou School.
“For us, this logo reflects who we are today as a school and community. It represents the values we carry and the future we are shaping together,” said Ashley Hughie, Principal of Badabin Eeyou School.
