Congratulations to the ten students from W.E.S.  that participated in the Regional Science Fair in Wemindji

For the past four years, Wabannutao Eeyou School students have had the opportunity to participate in a Concentration Program. Students from Grade 5 to Secondary 2, chose to participate in Art, Cree Culture, Science or Sports for 6 periods in a 6 day cycle.

For the past two years, Wabannutao Eeyou School proudly announces that there have been 39 high school graduates. In 2017-2018, there were 18 graduates and for 2018-2019, there were 21 students who graduated.

Santa visited all the students in the Elementary sector in December 2019.

The Eastmain school set a record for themselves with their number of graduates for 2017-2018. Eighteen young people graduated over the course of the last school year, reflecting a five-year graduation rate of 60 percent.
