The Certificate in Inclusive Education is a hands on program, geared for those facing the complexities of educating or raising students and children with special needs on a daily basis.


It provides a sequence of courses which will ensure a sound foundation for adapting curriculum
and instruction for students with varying abilities, learning styles and special needs.

Professional development for the busy practitioner

3 years program, part-time with 1 course in the winter, 2 in the summer and 1 in the fall, each year.

  • Focus is on teaching strategies and managing
    the diverse classroom.
  • Courses are taught largely by practitioners from
    the field.
  • Classes and workshops are given in Cree
    communities.
  • Course schedule is adapted to your school board
    calendar.
  • Registration takes place in your area before each
    course begins.
