Continuous Learning Journey Graduates 2021-2022
In 2020, the Continuous Learning Journey training program launched to support and empower administrative support staff. It was made to provide skills, tools and guidance through their roles at the Cree School Board. The program was lead by Human Resources and Sabtuan Adult Education Services.
The goals of the Continuous Learning Journey is to:
- Increase engagement and confidence
- Build capacity
- Enhance employee appreciation for lifelong learning
- Demonstrate the commitment that the CSB has for the professional development of its employees
Cree School Board emphasizes the importance of Cree culture through program design, structure and delivery. The Continuous Learning Journey continued to share Cree culture in the same way.
In 2021-2022, the program was delivered to Administrative Support Staff from Waswanipi, Waskaganish, Chisasibi, Gatineau and Montreal.
The Year-End Assembly and Graduation Ceremony was held on July 5th – 6th, 2022 for the Continuous Learning Journey Graduates of 2021-2022. We really appreciate the support from managers, program facilitators and organizers.
